Npx-Au is a NSAID–Au (I) complex with antitumor activity. Npx-Au can be used for the research of ovarian cancer[1]. Npx-Au is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
