CDK2/Bcl2-IN-1

CDK2/Bcl2-IN-1 (compound 1), a saponin and a CDK-2 inhibitor (IC50=117.6 nM) with promising cytotoxicity against cancer cells. CDK2/Bcl2-IN-1 also inhibits Bcl-2, and induces apoptosis in A549 lung cancer cells[1].
