NF-κB-IN-10
NF-κB-IN-10 (compound E1) is an NF-κB inhibitor that can improve heart failure by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation by regulating Nrf2/NF-κB signaling pathway. NF-κB-IN-10 inhibits LPS-induced NO production and expression of iNOS and COX-2 in RAW264.7 cells. NF-κB-IN-10 can be used in the research of cardiovascular diseases[1].
