Antibacterial agent 107 exhibits low hemolytic activity, high membrane selectivity, and rapid bactericidal activity. Antibacterial agent 107 shows effective in vivo efficacy in the murine model of bacterial keratitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus ATCC29213[1].
