Xelaglifam is a potent GPR40 agonist. Antihyperglycaemic activity[1]. Xelaglifam is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
