HMAO-B-IN-2

HMAO-B-IN-2 (compound 6j) is an orally active, potent, selective and BBB penetrated and competitive reversible hMAO-B inhibitor, with an IC50 of 4 nM. hMAO-B-IN-2 shows low toxicity and good neuroprotective effects in SH-SY5Y cell. hMAO-B-IN-2 can be used for alzheimer’s disease research[1]. hMAO-B-IN-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
