C-ABL-IN-2
C-ABL-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of c-Abl. Activation of c-Abl has been implicated in various diseases, notably cancer. c-ABL-IN-2 has the potential for the research of neurodegenerative diseases (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) and cancer (extracted from patent WO2020260871A1, compound 25) [1]. c-ABL-IN-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
