NusB-IN-1

NusB-IN-1 (Compound 22r) is a potent, orally active bacterial rRNA synthesis inhibitor. NusB-IN-1 shows antimicrobial activity against MRSA and VRSA[1]. NusB-IN-1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
