Antimicrobial agent-1 and Colistin exhibit synergistic activity against Gram-negative bacteria. Antimicrobial agent-1 has no cytotoxicity on mammalian cell lines, with MICs > 128 μg/mL in Caco-2 and Vero cell lines[1].
