β-S-ARCA
β-S-ARCA is a mRNA 7-methylguanosine (m7G) cap analog carrying a phosphorothioate (PS) moiety. mRNAs incorporating β-S-ARCA have elongated cellular half-lives and showed augmented protein expression. β-S-ARCA D1 has been applied in researching experimental mRNA-based anticancer vaccines[1].
