Itruvone
Itruvone is a intermediate of 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2) during Fenton oxidation. Itruvone has an antidepressant effect[1][2]. Itruvone is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
