Bersiporocin is a prolyl-tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Bersiporocin has an IC50 of ≤100 nM for phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthetase (PRS) . Bersiporocin can be used for the research of antifibrotic[1][2].
