BRD2889 is an analog of the alkaloid piperlongumine. BRD2889 is a robust modulator of the GSTP1-ISCU axis in pulmonary hypertension (PH) [1]. BRD2889 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
