Tubulin inhibitor 23 inhibits tubulin polymerisation (IC50=4.8 μM) and exhibits anti-angiogenesis in Zebrafish (IC50=3.6 μM) . Tubulin inhibitor 23 has the potential for the research of leukaemia[1].
