Tebanicline hydrochloride (Ebanicline hydrochloride) is a nAChR modulator with potent, orally effective analgesic activity. Tebanicline hydrochloride inhibits the binding of cytisine to α4β2 neuronal nAChRs with a Ki of 37 pM[1].
