Oritinib (SH-1028) mesylate exhibits potent activity against EGFR sensitive and resistant (T790 M) mutations. Oritinib (SH-1028) mesylate significantly inhibits proliferation of tumor cells with EGFR sensitive and resistant mutation[1].
