DdCTP (trilithium)
DdCTP trilithium is one of 2',3'-dideoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphates (ddNTPs) that acts as chain-elongating inhibitor of DNA polymerase for DNA sequencing. ddCTP trilithium is a nucleoside analog that targets the reverse trsanscriptase of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) . ddCTP trilithium can be used for AIDS research[1][2].
