N, N'-Dinitrosopiperazine (1,4-Dinitrosopiperazine; DNP) is a carcinogen with specificity for nasopharyngeal epithelium and facilitates NPC metastasis. N, N'-Dinitrosopiperazine regulates multiple signaling pathways through protein phosphorylation, including LYRIC at serine 568[2].
