Duocarmycin DM, a DNA minor-groove alkylator, is an antibody agent conjugates (ADCs) toxin. Duocarmycin DM is based on its characteristic curved indole structure and a spirocyclopropylcyclohexadienone electrophile to act anticancer activity[1][2].
