DAPM is a Notch pathway inhibitor with anticancer activity and antiproliferative effects. DAPM effectively inhibits tubular adenoma development by inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing the expression of Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) and p21 in human colon cancer cells[1].
