Ned-K
Ned-K is a nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NAADP) antagonist. Ned-K is effective at dampening simulated ischaemia and reperfusion (sIR) -induced Ca2+ oscillations in cardiomyocytes[1].
