17 (R) -HDHA (17 (R) -HDoHE) is a pro-resolving mediator (SPM) . 17 (R) -HDHA enhances the differentiation of B cells toward the CD27 (+) CD38 (+) antibody-secreting cell phenotype, thereby strongly increasing IgM and IgG production by activated B cells. 17 (R) -HDHA does not affect cell proliferation and is non-toxic to cells[1].
