L-641953 is an orally active, selective TXA/PG-END receptor (thromboxane-prostaglandin endoperoxide receptor) antagonist. L-641953 significantly inhibits arachidonic acid-induced bronchoconstriction. L-641953 may be used in cardiovascular disease research[1].
