Luffariellolide is an inhibitor of human synovial fluid phospholipase A2 (HSF-PLA2) (IC50=5 μM) . Luffariellolide effectively inhibits phorbol ester (PMA) -induced ear edema (ED50=50 μg/ear) [1].
