KBP-7018 is a tyrosine kinase-selective inhibitor. KBP-7018 has potent inhibitory effects on c-KIT, PDGFR, and RET with IC50 values of 10 nM, 7.6 nM and 25 nM, respectively. KBP-7018 can be used for the research of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis[1].
