Piroheptine (hydrochloride)
Piroheptine hydrochloride is an anticholinergic agent to inhibit dopamine uptake. Piroheptine hydrochloride prevents loss of striatal dopamine induced by MPTP. Piroheptine hydrochloride can be used for research in Parkinson[1].
