BAI1 hydrochloride is a selective apoptosis factor BAX allosteric inhibitors. BAI1 hydrochloride binds BAX and allosterically inhibits its activation. BAI1 hydrochloride has the potential to be used in the study of BAX dependent cell death-mediated diseases[1].
