MFZ 10-7 hydrochloride is a highly potent and selective mGluR5 NAM (negative allosteric modulator), with a Ki of 0.67 nM for rat mGluR5[1]. MFZ 10-7 (hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
