MCPG (sodium)
MCPG is a carboxylic phenyl glycine. MCPG can block metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR) and has antagonistic activity of mGluR subtype. MCPG can be used to study the induction and maintenance of long-term potentiation (LTP).
