Tyrphostin 25 (AG82) is a specific inhibitor of the EGFR tyrosine kinase with an IC50 value of 3 µM in A431 cells. Tyrphostin 25 is also a GPR35 agonist with an EC50 of 5.3 µM[1][2][3].
