Cavidine ((+) -Cavidine) is a selective COX-2 inhibitor which possesses anti-inflammatory activity. Cavidine can be used for the research of skin injuries, hepatitis, cholecystitis, and scabies. Cavidine ameliorates LPS -induced acute lung injury via NF-κB signaling pathway[1][2][3].
