Recombinant CD6 Antibody

This gene encodes a protein found on the outer membrane of T-lymphocytes as well as some other immune cells. CD6 contains three scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) domains and a binding site for an activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule. It is important for continuation of T cell activation. This gene may be associated with susceptibility to multiple sclerosis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [RefSeq]

The optimal dilution of the recombinant CD6 antibody for each application should be determined by the researcher.1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.
