Lilopristone (ZK98734) is a progesterone antagonist with a potential to induce menstruation, inhibit nidation, and terminate pregnancy. Lilopristone blocks progesterone action at the endometrium as well as decreases progesterone bioavailability, and can be utilized in antifertility research[1].
