MyD88 Antibody
MYD88 (myeloid differentiation primary response 88) is an essential signal transducer in the IL-1R and Toll-like receptor signaling pathways which regulate activation of numerous proinflammatory genes. Activated TLR signaling via MYD88 ultimately leads to IKK activation, IkB degradation and NF-kB mediated signaling.
