UNC93B Antibody
UNC93B is part of the innate immune response via its direct interaction with the intracellular toll-like receptors TLR3, 7, and 9. UNC93B aids in the trafficing of these TLRs from the ER to the endolysosomes, where they bind ligands and initiate immune response. In the absence of UNC93B, these TLRs are unable to respond to foreign stimuli.
