PLXDC1, Human (HEK293, His)

PLXDC1 Protein, a cell surface transmembrane protein, that is also a highly expressed protein in the vascular endothelium of human tumors. Under normal and pathological conditions, PLXDC1 is involved in angiogenesis. It is expressed on the surface of tumor cells, that is highly expressed in GC cells and is likely correlated with tumor invasion and migration. The unique angiogenic function of PLXDC1 can be used in tumor anti-angiogenesis and immune research.
