Phalloidin Conjugated Dye 488A

A poison that was discovered in the dangerous Amanita phalloides mushroom. A bicyclic peptide, it has a strong affinity for F-actin. In fixed and permeable cells, it will stain actin filaments when coupled to a fluorescent marker.
