Specificity
The Caspase 8 (Phospho-Tyr380) Phospho Sandwich ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate- free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect Caspase 8 protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cell lysates. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated Caspase 8 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on Caspase 8 phosphorylation.
