The NF-kappaB p65 (Phospho-Ser536) Phospho Sandwich ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate- free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can detect NF-kappaB p65 protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cell lysates. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of phosphorylated NF-kappaB p65 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on NF-kappaB p65 phosphorylation.
