Gantacurium (chloride)
Gantacurium is an ultrashort-acting, nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent that is degraded by nonenzymatic binding to L-cysteine under physiological conditions. Gantacurium causes a decrease in mean arterial pressure and an increase in heart rate[1].
