Recainam (hydrochloride)
Recainam (Wy-42362) hydrochloride is an orally active anti-arrhythmic agent with Class I electrophysiological properties. Recainam suppresses complex ventricular arrhythmias. Racainam hydrochloride exhibits a good pharmacokinetic character in Sprague Dawley rats[1][2].
