Granotapide
Granotapide (JTT-130) is an orally active microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) inhibitor. Granotapide reduces absorption of cholesterol and triglycerides through inhibition of MTP. Granotapide can be used for the research of dyslipidemia[1].
