CD300a/LMIR1, Mouse (HEK293, His)
CD300a/LMIR1 protein inhibits cytolytic activity in NK cells and mast cell degranulation. It negatively regulates TLR signaling via MYD88 and PTPN6 activation, but not TRIF. CD300a/LMIR1 interacts with PTN6/SHP-1, PTPN11/SHP-2, and INPP5D upon tyrosine phosphorylation. CD300a/LMIR1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD300a/LMIR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
