AJ2-30 is a SLCl5A4 inhibitor. AJ2-30 inhibits endolysosomal TLR7-9-mediated mTOR activation. AJ2-30 blocks endogenous NOD signaling. AJ2-30 can be used in inflammation studies[1][2].
