Indirect immunostaining of a formaldehyde fixed mouse spleen section with rabbit anti-CD11c antibody (cat. no. HS-375 008, dilution 1 : 500, red) and guinea pig anti-mouse CD11b antibody (cat. no. HS-384 308, dilution 1 : 500, green) . Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue) . Antigen retrieval (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, overnight at 60°C) has been applied before staining.
