Favezelimab
Favezelimab (MK-4280) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting LAG-3. Favezelimab blocks the interaction between LAG-3 and its ligand MHC class II. Favezelimab has the potential for colorectal cancer (CRC) research in combination with the PD-L1 inhibitor Pembrolizumab.
