(+/-) -Adomeglivant is effective in lowering blood sugar levels in both healthy people and people with type 2 diabetes. (+/-) -Adomeglivant is well tolerated by glucagon signaling blockade in patients with type 2 diabetes and significantly reduces fasting and postprandial blood glucose with a concomitant reversible elevation of aminotransferases.
