E4CPG ((RS) -ECPG) is a Group I/Group II metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGluR) antagonist. E4CPG can inhibit the paired-pulse ratio of monosynaptic inhibitory postsynaptic currents (IPSC) potentiation[1][2].
