STAT3-SH2 domain inhibitor 1 inhibits STAT3 signaling transduction and transcriptional activation. STAT3-SH2 domain inhibitor 1 induces apoptosis in gastric cancer cells. STAT3-SH2 domain inhibitor 1 can be used in research of cancer[1].
