BGC-20-1531
BGC-20-1531 (PGN 1531), a benzenesulfonamide derivative, is a selective EP4 antagonist. BGC-20-1531 binds to PGE2 enhancing the ATPase activity, which are coupled to Gs proteins and thus activate adenylate cyclase generating cAMP and activating PKA. BGC-20-1531 is promising for research of liver disorders[1][2].
